Creator & Art Submission Terms

These terms apply to all creators participating in the InkHouse Merch creator program. By applying to or participating in our creator program, you agree to the following terms in full.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the InkHouse Merch creator program is by invitation or approved application only. InkHouse Merch reserves the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion without explanation.

2. Art Ownership & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork to InkHouse Merch, you confirm that:

  • You are the original creator and sole owner of all submitted artwork
  • The artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
  • The artwork does not contain offensive, hateful, or illegal content
  • You accept full legal responsibility for any claims arising from your submitted artwork

3. License Grant

By submitting artwork, you grant InkHouse Merch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, print, and display your artwork on merchandise solely for the purpose of evaluating your submission. InkHouse Merch will NOT reproduce, sell, or commercially use your artwork without your explicit written consent and a separate agreed-upon arrangement.

4. No Reproduction Without Consent

Your artwork will not be produced, sold, or distributed by InkHouse Merch without your prior written approval. Any commercial use of your design will only proceed after a formal agreement has been signed by both parties outlining the terms, including any revenue share or compensation.

5. Right to Reject

InkHouse Merch reserves the right to reject any submitted artwork at any time without explanation. Rejection does not constitute any liability on the part of InkHouse Merch.

6. No Guarantee of Production

Submission of artwork does not guarantee that your design will be produced, sold, or featured by InkHouse Merch.

7. Revenue Share

Any revenue share or commission arrangement will be agreed upon separately in writing before any designs are sold commercially. No verbal agreements will be honored.

8. Termination

InkHouse Merch reserves the right to terminate any creator relationship at any time without notice or explanation.

9. Limitation of Liability

InkHouse Merch is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the creator program.
