Refund Policy
At InkHouse Merch, all products are custom-made to order. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our Promise: If something is wrong with your order, we will always offer a free replacement first before issuing a refund.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your order contains a printing error on our end
- Your order is lost in transit
Replacement Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement: The original item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
- Custom designs submitted by the customer that contain errors
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Creator sample orders placed using the COLLAB100 discount code

InkHouse Merch reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the above criteria.
